A. Scope of application
LBI-N series biochemical incubator is suitable for environmental protection, health, epidemic prevention, drug testing, agricultural animals, aquatic products and other scientific research, production departments, is the water analysis of BOD determination, bacteria, mold, microbial culture and preservation, plant cultivation, breeding test of special constant temperature equipment.
B. Structural characteristics
a. The box structure adopts curved arc design, with novel and beautiful shape.
b. The studio is made of mirror stainless steel plate, and the shelf can be freely assembled, which is easy to clean the workspace.
c. The work room is equipped with a power socket and a lighting device to facilitate the observation of the culture in the work room.
d. The room is equipped with a fan to form a forced convection, so that the temperature in the room is more uniform.
e. The surface of the outer box is sprayed with plastic treatment, the whole machine is beautiful and reasonable, easy to use and maintain.
f. The incubator door is designed as a double door, and the inner door is tempered glass, which can directly observe the culture in the working room. The outer door adopts magnetic door seal with good sealing performance.
g. With automatic control of hot and cold, using imported Danfoss compressor double refrigeration system.
h. The control panel is installed on the outside door, which is convenient for the operator to operate and reflects the humanization.
i. Temperature control adopts a new upgraded type, large screen LCD LCD display, menu operation, multi-segment program control technology, high precision, no overshoot.
j. The USB conversion interface is used to connect the computer, display and print the temperature and time data with the computer, and provide a strong guarantee for the storage and playback of the data during the test process.
k. The external printer records temperature and time data in real time.
l. Equipped with leakage protector.
m. An auxiliary temperature controller is installed to ensure that the product will work properly (for heating) even if the main temperature control is out of control.
