Automatic Cylindrical Battery Vertical Grooving Machine



1. Equipment Description

This equipment can be used in the rolling groove process of rechargeable nickel metal hydride, nickel cadmium and cylindrical lithium batteries. The grooving machine controls the coordinated action of each cylinder through PLC, intermediate relay and time relay. The motor drives the machine body to run at high speed, and uniformly and automatically grooves the cylindrical steel shell with electric core.
