9. Introduction to main functions of the machine
9. 1) This machine adopts German Siemens PLC control system, touch screen, 3 sets of servo motor control, servo motor as main traction, and speed control mode
9.2) Two sets of 22kw high-power servo motors are used to control two reels separately . The reeling tension is automatically controlled, which increases according to the taper as the reeling diameter increases, and the motor speed decreases proportionally with the increase of the reeling diameter, so that when the reeling material is broken, the car will not fly and the machine will stop automatically; Automatic taper tension control, automatic tension compensation during acceleration, deceleration and shutdown . Can be rolled at the same time with different diameters
9.3) Tile-type pneumatic expansion shaft reeling, large bearing capacity, 1 ton/piece, heavy chain unloading, convenient and safe unloading
9.4) Automatic taper tension control for unwinding, automatic compensation for tension during acceleration, deceleration and emergency stop, automatic calculation of inertia during emergency stop of large coil diameter, to keep the material tight and not loose, and emergency stop of large coil diameter at high speed, with better effect ;
9.5) Unwinding adopts shaftless hydraulic loading, pushing the material to the upper material , mechanical chuck clamping the material, and hydraulic automatic loading . Equipped with 405mm+505mm mechanical chuck. The feeding place is equipped with a receiving platform, which is convenient for material renewal, does not waste materials, and is convenient for operation .
9.6) The winding and unwinding diameters are calculated independently and automatically, without the need to input the material thickness, which avoids the wrong operation of thickness setting . The calculation accuracy of the winding diameter is < ± 1mm . When the unwinding diameter is close to the paper tube diameter, it can be set to slow down and stop in advance to facilitate unwinding, changing and receiving;
9.7) The meter wheel of Otonix, South Korea, automatically decelerates and stops by setting the number of meters;
9.8) Ultrasonic deviation correction detection, deviation correction thruster automatically moves left and right to correct deviation;
