Applications and Introduction

This LITH-PS250 Spot welding machine mainly used for 18650 battery pack tab welding, it can weld Nickel tab thickness from 0.05-0.20mm. You can also choose our other model according to your tab Thickness.

Dual pulse welding, the first pulse is used to the workpiece surface coating and oxide removal, and make the contact place in welding electrode produce slight deformation, improve the effective contact area, the second pulse is used to ontology metal welding, can effectively promote the quality of welding and reducing welding spatter.

Multiple fault protection
High power circuit and control circuit of welding machine, is equipped with two sets of different kinds of protection circuit, in order to prevent the equipment from overheating, outside pressure and power fluctuations butt welding machine interference, in order to protect the welder in harsh environment. For some common fault prompt functions, welding machine overheating and damage, will automatically alarm, and at the same time to cut off the power supply.

Precision welding head design
1.Adopt cylinder combined with spring buffer, make the two welding needle can adjust pressure when welding, because of the spring buffer action, the cylinder does not directly effect on the solder joints, to effectively protect welding plane.
2.Inside of machine head adopts photoelectric pressure switch, only if the two welding needle discharge welding pressure to achieve the set pressure, to protect the reliability of the welding, and double needle pressure can be adjusted.
