Equipment function

Main features

All rollers are made of high strength and high hardness rolls with hardness of HRC62~63. The roll material is 9Cr2Mo high hardness and high performance roll material. After heat treatment, the material is subject to freezing treatment. The surface quenching layer is deep and the performance is stable. The roll material is a well-known domestic brand; The thickness of single surface chrome plating is 10mm.

1) The rolling mill wallboard adopts 45 # steel frame with sliding block structure. The bearing capacity of the shaft is large, the deformation is small, the rolling force is large, and the roll is moved up and out structure, which is convenient for maintenance;
