VBM-80 high-speed vibrating ball mill is a high-efficiency small-scale instrument used for laboratory sample (small and trace) preparation.

Working principle

The instrument has rotational oscillation and vibration three-dimensional motion during grinding，and the collision energy is higher than other types of ball mills.

Scope of application

High-speed vibrating ball mill can use dry and wet methods to ball mill or mix various solids, suspensions and pastes with different particle sizes and materials. It can be used for material grinding, mixing and mechanical alloying.

Features

The high-speed vibrating ball mill has an eccentric pendulum shaft. When the motor runs at a high speed, the tank body swings eccentrically; it drives the entire bracket to vibrate up and down, so that the grinding process is completed in a three-dimensional space of high-speed swing and vibration. Greatly improve the speed and efficiency of grinding.
